Production typically takes 2-5 business days, depending on:

  • Product type (t-shirts are faster than hoodies)

Note: Production time is separate from shipping time. Over 97% of orders ship within 5 business days.

International Shipping Details

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes determined by your country's customs office. These fees are the customer's responsibility and are NOT included in our product or shipping prices.

Customs fees vary widely by country. Contact your local customs office for specific rates.

Customs Delays

Packages may be held at customs for inspection, which can add several days or weeks to delivery time. Unfortunately, we have no control over customs processing times.

Restricted Countries

We ship to most countries worldwide. However, we currently cannot ship to:

  • Countries under international trade sanctions
  • Regions with unreliable postal service
  • Countries restricted by our fulfillment partner

If your country isn't available at checkout, we cannot currently ship there.

Delivery Issues

❌ Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you didn't receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
  2. Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation
  3. Contact the shipping carrier (tracking number required)
  4. If still missing, email us within 7 days of delivery date

Note: We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we'll work with you to resolve the issue when possible.

⚠️ Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you realize there's an error:

  • Within 24 hours: Email us immediately - we may be able to update it
  • After production started: Address cannot be changed
  • Packages returned to sender: You'll need to pay re-shipping fees

📦 Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging before opening
  2. Document any damage to the product inside
  3. Contact us within 48 hours with photos
  4. Keep all packaging materials

We'll send a replacement or issue a refund at no charge.
