All Gaijin Smash products are printed on-demand through Printful, the fulfillment partner. This means:
All prices are in USD and include production costs. Shipping costs and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Gaijin Smash reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments. Major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods are accepted as displayed at checkout.
Gaijin Smash does not store your payment information. All payment data is handled securely by Shopify and complies with PCI-DSS standards.
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not mean your order has been accepted. Gaijin Smash reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us at support@gaijin-smash.net, we reserve the right to contest the dispute using all available evidence, including your IP address, order history, shipping confirmation, and delivery tracking records. Customers who initiate unjustified chargebacks may be permanently banned from future purchases.

All designs, graphics, and Japanese slogans on Gaijin Smash are the property of Gaijin Smash and protected by copyright law. When you purchase a product, you receive a personal license to wear and use that item. You may not reproduce, resell, or commercially use the designs.
Share Your Style: I love seeing you in the gear! If you tag Gaijin Smash on social media, you give permission to feature your photo on Gaijin Smash channels. You'll always be credited.
The website and products are provided "as is." Gaijin Smash strives to ensure quality but cannot guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting support@gaijin-smash.net. Gaijin Smash will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving written notice.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to resolve it through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will be conducted in King County, Washington, or by written submission if both parties agree.
Class Action Waiver: You and Gaijin Smash LLC agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action. Unless both parties agree, no arbitrator or judge may consolidate more than one person's claims.
Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court in King County, Washington, provided the claim qualifies and remains in small claims court.
Gaijin Smash LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, war, civil unrest, pandemic or epidemic, government actions, labor disputes or strikes, supplier or fulfillment partner failures (including Printful), shipping carrier delays, or internet or infrastructure outages. In such events, affected obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Gaijin Smash LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights; or (d) any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party.
Gaijin Smash LLC respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe any content on this site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to support@gaijin-smash.net containing: (1) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (2) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on the site; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized; (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the infringing content. Repeat infringers will have their access terminated. If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to support@gaijin-smash.net.
