Gaijin Smash products are custom-made to order through Printful, the fulfillment partner. Your order goes through production before shipping, which means delivery time = production time + shipping time.

Production typically takes 2-5 business days, depending on:
- Product type (t-shirts are faster than hoodies)
- Number of items in your order
- Current production queue at fulfillment center

International Shipping Details
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes determined by your country's customs office. These fees are the customer's responsibility and are NOT included in product or shipping prices.
Customs fees vary widely by country. Contact your local customs office for specific rates.
Customs Delays
Packages may be held at customs for inspection, which can add several days or weeks to delivery time. Unfortunately, customs processing times are outside of Gaijin Smash's control.
Restricted Countries
Gaijin Smash ships to most countries worldwide. However, shipping is currently unavailable to:
- Countries under international trade sanctions
- Regions with unreliable postal service
- Countries restricted by the fulfillment partner
If your country isn't available at checkout, shipping there is not currently possible.
Delivery Issues
❌ Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you didn't receive it:
- Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
- Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation
- Contact the shipping carrier (tracking number required)
- If still missing, email us within 7 days of delivery date
Marked as Delivered: If the carrier has marked your package as delivered, we are unable to issue a free replacement or refund. Please check with neighbors, your building, or file a theft claim directly with the carrier. We're sorry — once a carrier marks a package delivered, this is outside our control.
Lost in Transit: If your package is stuck in transit and never arrives, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can file a claim with Printful. Claims submitted after this window cannot be processed.
⚠️ Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you realize there's an error:
- Within 24 hours: Email immediately - I may be able to update it
- After production started: Address cannot be changed
- Packages returned to sender: You'll need to pay re-shipping fees
📦 Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging before opening
- Document any damage to the product inside
- Contact us within 48 hours with photos
- Keep all packaging materials
A replacement will be sent or a refund issued at no charge.

During peak shopping seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), expect:

- Shipping carrier delays (+1-7 business days)

I recommend ordering 2-3 weeks earlier than needed during holiday seasons.
